Client Description Leading telecom carrier and IT solutions company Job Description Project Manager (ELV / Audio Visual System) Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Project Manager. Responsibilities
Deliver project management service to customer’s project including project planning, task scheduling, control and monitoring of project execution, risk management and progress reporting. Manage resource planning, allocation, cost control. Provide presales support and prepare relevant documents for tender bidding. Organize and attend meetings to report progress and resolve any project related issues. Prepare project correspondence such as meeting agenda and minutes. Ensure the project milestones/deliverables are completed on time and meet the required quality standards. Responsible for engineering installation works. Equipment & Drawing submission. System design of ELV systems (CCTV, CABD, Carpark, PA, Doorphone/videophone, Access control, Alarm system, WIFI, Network systems, etc.) / Audio Visual (LED Wall, Digital Signage, Video Analytics systems, etc.). Co-ordination with relevant parties (Developer, Electrical Contractor, Consultant, etc.). Sub-contractors supervision. Site progress monitoring. Job Requirements
Degree/Higher Diploma holder in IT or AV or relevant disciplines with at least 3 years' project management experience. Experience in ELV or Audio Visual industry will be an advantage. Proven track record of project management experience in ELV / AV / IT projects, especially in construction sites with multi-vendors or contractors management. Good leadership and coordination skills to manage the project team. Able to work independently and under pressure. Good interpersonal and communication skills in both oral and written English. "Green Card" holder. Additional Requirements
Degree/Higher Diploma/Higher Certificate holder in Building Service or IT or AV. Experience in ELV or Audio Visual industry will be an advantage. Good coordination skills to manage the subcontractors. Able to work independently and under pressure. Good interpersonal and communication skills. "Green Card" holder.
