We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Liabilities Products.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the Liabilities Business for Wealth & Personal Banking to optimize profitable growth and achieve business targets
  • Conduct data analysis on deposits customer behaviour and respective pricing strategy
  • Develop new products or features, support new journey launch and enhance service propositions related to deposit to increase market competitiveness
  • Support strategic development of Liabilities Business for long term sustainable growth
  • Support NII sensitivity and ALCO / Rate setting / Balance sheet management related issues
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines for ongoing product governance and new product/service rollout
  • Oversights of service level quality and the resilience of end-to-end processes effectively to achieve high customer satisfaction and mitigate reputational and regulatory risk
  • University degree in a relevant discipline with relevant experiences
  • Strong knowledge of the retail banking business, including industry dynamics, regulatory environment and customer demands
  • Solid product, project and people management experience
  • Strategic thinker with strong customer centric, analytical and innovation mind set
  • Proven ability to understand complex issues, manage conflicting priorities, and execute pragmatic business-oriented solutions
  • Highly motivated, eager to accept new challenges, and able to work under pressure
  • Strong capability to build connections and work collaboratively with others
