Job Summary: The CFO will oversee all financial operations, develop and implement financial strategies, and provide leadership to the finance team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the property development sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making. Collaborate with other senior executives to drive business performance. Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders. Lead financial due diligence for new property acquisitions and developments. Monitor and assess financial performance of properties across diverse markets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Proven experience as a CFO or similar financial leadership role, preferably in property development. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, investment strategies, and real estate markets. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities.
