Qualifications: Degree or above in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 10 years of relevant experience in large-scale building services projects, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer status is an advantage. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Excellent leadership and management skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee overall project management and coordination of building services projects, ensuring progress, quality control, cost management, and client relations. Lead the project team to ensure all works comply with contractual requirements. Attend regular site meetings and liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors. Monitor contractual and technical matters for all projects.
