Associate Specialist, Sales System Development

Perform administrative and functional support for a wide range of systems and tools used across the sales organization, such as coordination on maintenance and updates, troubleshooting, testing/configuration for new sales products, reporting, user permission management/review, etc.
Maintain and update user manuals for key systems and tools; provide solution overview and basic training to our new joiners on systems and tools covered.
Coordinate the upload or update of our sales product information on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) that we work closely with, in collaboration with key internal parties, to ensure our sales products are correctly represented on these platforms. Also, work with external parties to launch system connectivity between HKDL and OTAs.
Support developing/generating reports on sales product analysis to improve overall business performance and enhance future product design.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree holder in related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
Experience in system connectivity, API calls, and system interfaces troubleshooting is required.
Knowledge of key operating and backend support systems (e.g., Galaxy, Opera, SAP Business Objects) and administrative knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Power platform (i.e., Power Query, Power Pivot, Power Automate, etc.), Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), SQL, Python, and AI tools is a plus.
Project Management (PMP) and Business Analyst experience is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, logical thinking, problem-solving capability, and an innovative mindset are required.
Good communication and written skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua are required.
