a Business Development Manager (Trust) , based in our
Vistra, Hong Kong
office. This is a full-time and permanent position within our Private Clients function. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management
Trust establishment, from getting referrals from partners to formally setting up Trust Work together with Trust lawyers and Tax lawyers to facilitate Trust establishment Facilitate to fulfill Trust-related paperwork and documentation Develop and maintain strong long-term key clients’ relationships, understanding their needs and expectations, ensuring they are engaged in a professional and timely manner and capture referral opportunities.
Institutional Relationship Management
Strengthen and expand relationships with institutions e.g. tax advisors, law firms, family offices, wealth management institutions, asset management companies, etc. Deliver or exceed allocated New Business Revenue target Ensure licensed Vistra entities remain compliant with prevailing local and international legislation Comply with compliance requirements and adapt to an AML/CFT culture.
People and Operational Management
Maintain own fiduciary specialist knowledge as well as knowledge of products and those of the intermediary/wealth management market in general
Key Requirements: STEP Diploma professional certification would be an advantage At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in the Trust or Private Client space Prior business development experience and proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Professional proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese (Mandarin) Ability to identify client needs and market trends Strong communication skills with the ability to provide non-technical explanations to technical matters, and summarize and present information in a clear, concise and accurate written and verbal format Self-motivated and ability to think outside the box to solve client’s issues Company Benefits: At our Hong Kong office, we believe in putting our employees’ well-being first!
