Junior Research and Community Manager
to join our growing team. As a key player in our community-building efforts, you’ll help manage our client’s Voice of the Customer community, fostering engagement and gathering insights that drive our mission forward. What you'll do: Research and Interviews:
You’ll play a key role in gathering valuable insights through a series of in-depth interviews with members and industry experts, as well as conducting surveys in creative formats. Your contributions will help shape thought leadership pieces that reflect the latest industry trends and address the pressing life issues that matter most. Networking and Community Building:
You’ll play a pivotal role in cultivating and managing our Voice of Customers community, a vibrant hub for Changemakers and Industry Pioneers. Your mission? To spark engaging conversations and foster a welcoming environment where every voice is valued and heard. Manage Community Platforms:
Oversee and update community platforms, ensuring an engaging atmosphere by sharing relevant content, moderating discussions, and facilitating connections among members. Content Storytelling:
Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging materials that highlight community stories, insights, and experiences, ensuring relevance for audiences in both Hong Kong and Mainland China. Insights Analysis:
Monitor community interactions and performance metrics, providing insights to improve engagement strategies and drive participation. Support Events and Initiatives:
Assist in organizing community events, workshops, and initiatives that foster connection and knowledge sharing among members. Prototyping New Ideas:
Collaborate with the team to prototype and test innovative community engagement initiatives, gathering feedback to refine and enhance our products and services for both the business and the community. This role is perfect for you if you have: A passion for community building and engaging with diverse audiences with a deep-seated curiosity for understanding complex topics through research that drives impact. 2-3 years of experience in community management, community research, or a related field, with a passion for fostering relationships. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Traditional and Simplified). You have a knack for weaving stories that captivate and resonate. A genuine interest in understanding community needs, coupled with the ability to engage authentically with people from all walks of life. You know your way around conducting interviews and surveys, with the ability to present ideas in clear and engaging ways. You consider yourself tech-savvy — with familiarity in community and content management tools and platforms. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
