We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented valuer to join our valuation team. As a Valuer / Senior Valuer, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of experienced professionals in conducting comprehensive property valuations for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different industries, gaining valuable exposure and knowledge in the field of business valuation and property valuation. Undertake real estate / fixed asset valuation and advisory assignments including market research, site inspection, prepare valuation model and report, etc. Valuation for a wide range of purposes including financial reporting, M&A, IPO, investment advisory, litigation, feasibility report, valuation review, etc. Collaborate and communicate with clients and external professional parties. Involve in ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management. Minimum Requirements
Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines preferred. Holding or currently acquiring professional qualification such as MRICS and/or MHKIS would be an advantage. 1 - 3 years’ real estate valuation / consultancy experience. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Microsoft applications and report-writing skills. Self-driven with a can-do attitude and ability to deliver quality output to meet deadlines, with excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager. Frequent business trips to PRC and overseas may be required. Application Process
