Key Responsibilities: Assist the marketing and communications department by providing creative services support for marketing campaigns and activations to promote LHG's diverse brands and hotels. Audit collaterals and manage content libraries across worldwide hotels, ensuring quality standards, compliance with corporate identity manuals, and effectiveness in designated markets. Define and develop brand standards in collaboration with the Marketing Services team; regularly update creative initiatives and brand manuals for stakeholders. Provide creative solutions, suggestions, and assets for branding materials, social media, digital platforms, and other creative assets. Develop and update guidelines on brand identity, brand assets, and visuals for properties and hotels; provide validation and approval as needed. Oversee and plan photography direction; manage the photos and creative assets library. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in BA in visual communication or multimedia design; candidates without a degree but with substantial experience will be considered. Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, branding advertising, or related areas (both print and digital). Extensive experience leading brand strategy initiatives in complex organisations where influencing adoption is crucial. Strong design skills including graphic design, typography, branding, illustration, video editing, and photography skills are a plus. Experience in photo retouching and art direction for photoshoots. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously with integrity, trustworthiness, and strong work ethics. Attention to detail, producing high-quality work products; proficiency in new design technology/software. Strong interpersonal skills to manage various personalities, focusing on accountability and exceeding expectations. Effective communicator, conveying design best practices and project details across all company levels.
