Role Overview: This role requires a Customer Service Representative/Sales Coordinator with experience in order processing within international trade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily operational tasks, including order processing from receipt of purchase orders to payment receipt. Additionally, the candidate will prepare letters of credit (LCs) and shipping documents, and input data into SAP systems. Responsibilities: Order processing from receipt of purchase orders to payment receipt Preparation of LC and shipping documents SAP and data input Updating sales, purchases, and shipments details Coordination with overseas customers, headquarter, and internal parties (Mandarin and English proficiency are essential) Requirements: Diploma or higher with a minimum of two years of experience in international trade Attention to detail and organizational skills Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
