Freelancer Account Manager The Opportunity: The Hong Kong office of FleishmanHillard is looking for an energetic, self-starting freelance Account Manager, with a background in corporate communications or/and financial services to join our team. This position provides a fantastic opportunity for a passionate PR practitioner to join an energetic team for well-known brands and clients in the financial services sector as well as other sectors. What You’ll Do Develop and implement compelling both corporate and financial public relations programs; Deliver excellent client servicing and ensure that clients’ strategic objectives are met; Participate in pitches and business development; Develop and edit high quality written materials, including media correspondence, bylines, and speaking abstracts; Project management; manage projects by setting priorities and maintaining deadlines; Build relationships with regional and national media; Work effectively in a team and mentor juniors; Support on budget planning. What You’ll Need 3-4 years of experience in an agency or corporate communications department; Excellent client service skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to details; Superb research and writing skills; experience drafting client and press materials; Experience in working with regional and national media; Ability to communicate clearly and focus on results; Positive and professional disposition in every situation; A point of view, and a proven ability to propose solutions and present ideas persuasively and compellingly; Available to work for 2-3 days per week.
