My client is well-known and expanding bancassurance and now looking for high calibre to join their group. Responsibilities: Drive business growth of brokerage team and manage business planning, risk management and financial control of the department. Execute the business implementation of new products supports from insurer partners. Drive the implementation of general insurance proposition strategy. Support expansion of bancassurance business through segment penetration. Plan and execute the sales campaigns and customer acquisition/ retention activities. Monitor internal control including the partnership management, regulatory reporting/ monthly control report, product & insurer due diligence review, complaint handling and incident reporting. Manage the team operations with proper procedures to ensure full compliance to the regulatory requirements. Keep close relationship with Bank business partners and insurer partners. Keep abreast of the market trend and devises the general insurance product strategies with market intelligence. Requirements: University degree in Business, Marketing, or any related disciplines Minimum 15 years of relevant experience (at least 5 years’ experience in the management level) in general insurance in a broker company or an insurance company, preferably banking industry Holder of ACII or ANZIIF, FLMI / CFP/ Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1, 2, 3 & 5 Strong in presentation with exceptional storytelling skills, with good insurance product knowledge Able to work independently & proactively with good problem solving and negotiation skills.
