Job Description Lead and manage a team of Functional Consultants across Hong Kong and Singapore. Provide pre-sales support, customer service, troubleshooting, and new client implementations. Serve as the senior representative for Asia customers. Hire and train junior consultants, promoting team development. Collaborate with global teams to enhance service delivery. Ensure successful migrations and troubleshooting for client needs. Define, test, and deliver new software features and functions. Present complex concepts to senior executives, fostering strong customer relationships. Oversee technical aspects of customer sales presentations. Manage complex customer implementations and post-implementation support. Maintain thorough understanding of diverse financial instruments and investment domains. Requirements Graduate or Post Graduate in finance with a focus on Accounting. Minimum 10-15 years or above in fund administration / fintech companies would be ideal, with experience in software like Multifonds. Expertise in migrations, troubleshooting, and customer support. Strong communication skills and customer focus. Ability to analyze complex information and work collaboratively.
