Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position. Job Duties System Analyst / Programmer Involve in programming works on internal systems Perform and facilitate user requirement gathering, analyze user requirements and recommend best practice solutions Conduct system design, impact analysis, effort estimation and detailed design work Participate in system development and System Integration Test (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Supervise and coordinate external vendors to complete projects on time, and ensure quality of deliverables IT Project Assistant / Business Analyst Perform user requirement gathering & analysis Communicate and cooperate between business users, vendors and development teams Coordinate UAT and prepare documentation Communicate and arrange certification with external parties / vendors / service providers Job Requirements System Analyst / Programmer Experience in MS SQL Server Prior experience in sizable firms would be a great advantage Less experienced candidates could apply as a programmer trainee Self-initiated, hardworking Business Analyst / IT Project Officer Experience in IT project development / knowledge about SDLC Prior experience in sizable firms would be a great advantage Less experienced candidates could apply as a JUNIOR Business Analyst
