Essential duties and responsibilities Assist guests with all inquiries in connection with hotel services and facilities, tours, transportation and restaurant recommendations Assist guests in and out of vehicles, including assist guests with loading/unloading luggage Handle parcels, letters and messages inflow and outflow Handle inquiries and requests from all guests with friendliness and professionalism Ensure all Bell related job tasks are distributed efficiently with the staffing on hands Requirements Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage Minimum 2－4 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essential High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
