IT Business Analysis is a role within Global IT Service and works closely with Product Owners, Project Teams, and the Programme Management Office from the startup stage till the closing stage of assigned projects and supports business planning. Another key area is the efficient handling of business engagement and user meetings facilitation in order to analyze routes of the issue and justify the business values to achieve.
Responsibilities
Stakeholder Communication:
Liaise with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate findings and recommendations.
Influence relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact for business change design and implementation.
Process Improvement:
Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes and operations.
Reporting & Documentation:
Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to management.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and changes.
Support the development of training and implementation materials.
Requirements Gathering:
Work with various departments to gather and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements and technical design specifications.
Investigate, model, define, refine, and document required business processes.
Conduct demand analysis for services and ensure necessary investments are made to deliver required services.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements through rigorous testing and validation.
Assist in integration and acceptance testing, including sprint planning and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Monitor and improve services, processes, and systems based on feedback and lessons learned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in business analysis or a related experience.
Business Analysis work at a Tour Operator Industry (or Travel Industry) is a plus.
Working under the Scrum or Prince 2 Project management framework is a plus.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, advanced knowledge of Google Workspace / Office 365.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
