responsible for the communication and management of stakeholders during project implementation, as well as the control of safety, delivery progress and project quality during implementation, and manage project changes and implementation process cost. Project acceptance and project handover and maintenance:
responsible for project acceptance, closed-loop management of project inheritance issues, project handover. After the job handover to maintenance team, it is still necessary to assist maintenance team to solve problems and complete other tasks assigned by the leader. Archiving of project delivery documents:
responsible for archiving project delivery documents, summarizing experience for major or breakthrough projects, and forming a delivery management knowledge database. Requirements: Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, information technology, engineering management, or related fields. Work Experience:
At least 3-5 years of ICT project management experience, with priority given to those who have successfully implemented complex IT projects. Skill Requirements: Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with project management certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum preferred. Proficient in project management knowledge and skills, proficient in the use of project management related models and analytical methods, able to develop major and complex project implementation plans, able to identify invisible risks in project delivery, formulate relevant measures to avoid them, manage project change, organize internal and external delivery resources to complete the implementation of the project; and transfer the delivery knowledge to project team. Good understanding of internal systems, processes, norms, external industry norms, standards, integration of internal and external processes, norms, to make the whole process efficient through. Proficient in network technology, storage technology, proficient in cloud, big data, communication, security, IoT application and other related technologies in a certain field, and able to carry out integration project for a certain field independently; familiar with the technical architecture and principles of multi-product integration solutions, familiar with the relevant business scenarios in key industries, able to put forward optimization solutions for project delivery technical risks, able to summarize and refine project delivery experience, and able to output technical solutions. Able to accept project on-site stationing; has good team spirit, strong execution, strong stress resistance. Able to adapt to multi-project delivery at the same time.
