Your new company A reputable local-based brokerage firm is looking for a seasoned EB professional to lead and expand its portfolio, reporting directly to the CE. Your new role
Promote Group Life and Medical products (employee benefits) to corporate clients, company agencies, or direct channels. Lead a team of 4. Manage relationships with producers (brokers/agents). Handle daily quotation processes for Group Life and Medical products with established channels. Provide quality services to partners to deepen market penetration and achieve new sales growth. Participate in related marketing ad-hoc projects or activities, including events and product developments. What you'll need to succeed
University degree or higher, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or related disciplines. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in insurance product sales; candidates with less experience will be considered for AM grade. Valid IIQE Papers 1, 2, and 3 are required. Experience dealing with brokers and agents in Employee Benefits is an advantage. Result-oriented, self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently. Native Cantonese speaker with fluency in English and Mandarin. What you need to do now
