Responsibilities
: Assists design leader to translate design concept into reality Prepares and coordinates the development and preparation of preliminary design concepts Co-ordinates the development of technical/design solutions Select and research project design materials, furnishings, and accessories Co-ordinates and prepares design documents, sketches, plans, details, and schedules under the direction of design leader Required Skills
Good knowledge of hospitality design is a bonus Demonstrable skills in creative design solutions including design/selection of FF&A LEED accreditation an advantage Ability to communicate effectively in presentations and in writing Fluent in both written and spoken English, with Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus Proficiency in Photoshop and/or Affinity required Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit a bonus) or 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up and Enscape required Qualifications
