Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Collaborate with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure that the squad follows Agile best practices and delivers value to our customers. Ensure that the squad adheres to technical standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve code quality. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that the squad is using the most appropriate and effective tools and techniques. The Person
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in application design and software development on mobile and web applications. At least 2 years in a technical lead position under an Agile environment. Knowledge in the insurance domain is preferable. Proficiency in a variety of programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Node.js, React, Angular, Azure, AWS). Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Strong understanding of software development best practices, including code review, testing, and continuous integration and deployment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
