Job Description Monitoring all projects and ensuring achievement of all delivery objectives, developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, and achieving all business objectives. Analyzing all client requirements for development projects across multiple clients, in coordination with the Client Leadership Team, according to specifications, and evaluating and preparing all reports to ensure accuracy, designing all corrective actions. Designing all management standards for all business units, preparing training programs for all projects, and maintaining all system protocols according to required quality. Maintaining professional relationships with clients, evaluating and approving all proposals and invoices, and monitoring all participation projects to ensure adherence to all methods and standards. Job Requirements 10-14 years of experience working in a large IT Product or Services organization. Exposure to a full-scale implementation or pilot of a ChatBot in an Insurance firm. Exposure to managing multiple projects across multiple clients and subcontractors, at a program level. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
