About this team Reporting to the Community Director, the Events Manager is an industry leader who leads and collaborates with key cross-functional partners to create and execute dynamic brand events and experiences. A day in the life: Create the vision and strategy for Events and Experiences across the APAC business Design experiential concepts and tactics that deliver into brand objectives Company expert in all aspects of event planning, execution, and reconciliation Project manage, lead and execute large-scale events across APAC Inspire, enroll, and coach cross-functional and market teams on execution of events across the APAC business Manage relationships with event agencies and third-party suppliers, vendors, production, and contractors as needed Develop integrated marketing strategy in partnership with Brand team for brand experiences and projects as required Strategizes and works with digital teams to activate experiences that connect the in-store and digital experience to advance omni experience for guests Strategizes and works with product team to activate experiences that connect product to all activations Accountable for the budget, KPI’s and event analysis and reconciliation Qualifications: 7+ years’ experience in experiential marketing Proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with other key decision makers in a complex matrix environment Experience leading cross-functional teams Creative and strategic thinker who has delivered results through execution Self-motivated yet thrive in collaboration and teamwork Proven work ethic with utmost integrity You are a master enroller and believe the most important key to success is collaboration Must haves: Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.
