We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst for Canada, Germany and Hongkong. The ideal candidate should have 2-7 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistics, mathematics, or computer science. The candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively, and have a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of data analysis.

• Collecting and interpreting large datasets
• Cleaning and transforming data to prepare it for analysis
• Developing and implementing statistical models to identify trends and patterns
• Creating visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Developing and maintaining data dashboards and tracking metrics
• Analyzing data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations
• Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions

• 2-7 years of experience in data analysis
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, or computer science
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as R or Python
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with SQL and database management
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques
