Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop multi-channel CRM campaigns (including email, SMS, mobile app, social advertising, and WeChat) throughout the consumer journey by collaborating closely with internal marketing partners, cross-functional teams, and external agencies.
  • Formulate communication plans and touchpoint strategies based on segmentation insights.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of multi-channel CRM campaigns, including campaign calendar planning, content strategy and design, segmented communication, and personalization.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to transform data into actionable signals for creating personalized communication.
  • Define and execute A/B testing and other experimental approaches to continuously optimize campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms using tools such as Salesforce and Adobe Analytics to measure CRM performance, KPIs, and conversions, enhancing campaign effectiveness.
  • Facilitate and execute CRM initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide recommendations based on competitive reviews, insights, and industry best practices.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Management or Marketing
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM and/or Digital Marketing, including at least 2 years using ExactTarget/Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Experience in cross-channel communications strategy, with hands-on experience in planning, delivering, and executing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, mobile app, and social platforms to enhance channel efficiency.
  • Strong understanding and experience of segmentation, segment engagement, personalization, email design, HTML, dynamic content, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Proficiency in CRM performance tracking and reporting, including experience with Salesforce and Adobe Analytics.
  • Familiar with trending social/communication platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WeChat) is essential.
  • Experience with CDP platforms is a plus.
  • Possessing a strong commercialization mindset is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization, interpersonal, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset and strong people skills.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for assigned projects.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
