Brand Marketing Officer (Production Project) - MNC (90760) Kowloon, Hong Kong
Key responsibility: Project Management with Brands
– Collaborate with Brand Managers to execute and oversee production projects, guiding them from initial design briefs to the delivery of high-quality, compliant products. Streamline the order process by managing essential documentation and facilitating timely shipment of samples, while actively gathering and integrating feedback from brands. Creative Coordination
- Lead the creation of design briefs and work alongside the Product Development team to ensure timely availability of samples for tender submissions. Ensure that all products receive the necessary approvals from all stakeholders, maintaining a seamless workflow. Strategic Planning & Administration
- Partner with the Finance team to monitor the timely collection of royalties and invoice payments, ensuring smooth and prompt settlements for outgoing payments to brands. Foster regular communication with the Finance Department to maintain financial accuracy and transparency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree holder, ideally in Marketing or a related field. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in product marketing or brand management, preferably within the luxury retail or cosmetics sector. Fresh graduate will be also welcomed. A proactive customer service mindset with exceptional organization and discipline. Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while managing expectations effectively. Excellent problem-solving, planning, and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and time management prowess. A passion for thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, juggling diverse tasks with ease. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
