Your new role Responsible for contractor, vendor and suppliers on their engineering work performance To take lead in repair & maintenance, A&A related projects To manage preventative maintenance program Responsible for managing design drawings, specifications, manual and emergency repairing works What you'll need to succeed Bachelor in building services, electrical, mechanical and relevant engineering disciplines Min. 7 years experience in operations & maintenance scope in client side Strong communication and presentation skills Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua What you'll get in return 50-70k x 12month + bonus What you need to do now
