Client Description Our client, a Hong Kong and China listed food company with presences in 12 countries, is urgently seeking a Sales Manager to join their expanding team. Job Description Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer (distributors and processors) relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Job Requirements Degree Holder. Minimum 5 years working experience, with at least 2 years trading experience in different kinds of industries, preferably in the food ingredient industry. Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Proficient in MS Office, especially with Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing. Detail-minded, responsible, able to work independently and under pressure. Detail-oriented in workflow process and resolution. Self-motivated, driven, and an independent thinker. Good negotiator and ability to work under pressure. Able to exercise strong judgment in analyzing, evaluating, and solving problems in difficult scenarios. Less experience considered as Sales Executive.
