Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience driving sales growth within a direct and indirect sales motion/approach. 6 years of experience in partner sales or channel management, within the technology sector, particularly in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Experience of adapting to cultivating relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within partner organizations. Experience of market technology landscape, cloud solutions, and the partner ecosystem. Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Korean with local stakeholders. Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Business-to-Business or certification. Experience with Cloud ecosystems with the knowledge of System Integrators (SIs)/Service Providers (SPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). As a Partner Sales Manager for Google Workspace (GWS), your mission is to accelerate Google Workspace business growth within three sub-regions - Australia and New Zealand, Greater China, and Korea - through existing and new partners. You will be responsible for developing a healthy New Business and Expansion pipeline in collaboration with internal stakeholders and our focus partners and establish operational rigor around goals and forecasting. In addition, your goal will be to progress and close business in collaboration with the Cloud Sales community and our partners, by cultivating mutually beneficial business relationships with executive partner stakeholders through an aligned strategy and goals, execution of market-specific programs that empower them to grow their Google Workspace portfolio. You will also identify, recruit, and onboard new Google Workspace partners in collaboration with various internal stakeholders. Responsibilities
Drive partners to build a robust partner-sourced sales pipeline, track opportunities, and accurately forecast business in collaboration with partners. Meet and exceed partner-level monthly, quarterly, and annual agreed goals for the new and expansion business, bookings, business pipeline, as well as operational metrics. Leverage the Workspace Strategy and Sales Playbook with partners to develop new and expansion demand across the assigned region. Deliver partner sales enablement with Partner Engineers. Develop close relationships with Google Workspace Partner Engineers and Google Cloud Partner Engineers to grow the relevance and impact of focused partners to the Google Workspace business. Work with Cloud Partner Development Managers, Google Workspace Specialists, Google Workspace Partner Engineers, and Cloud Field Sales Representatives and Partners' sales teams to develop account plans, identify opportunities, and support agreement closing.
