Assist in EBS ERP project implementation and development process. Use Oracle Forms and ReportNet tools. Co-ordinate with team members to execute implementation tasks. Perform existing system’s updates, maintenance, support & troubleshoot. Understand and collect users' requirements and feedback. Interact with end users to provide application and technical consultancy. Provide help desk support and solutions to Office end users. Deliver information system training to end users. Maintain good working relationships with users. Job Requirements
Degree Holder in Computer Studies, Information System or related discipline. Good command in English and Mandarin. Able to work under pressure and tight schedules. Team player, hardworking, self-starter, and responsible. 5 years of solid experience in ERP Oracle Application system implementation and/or support. Experience with Microsoft/Network is a plus.
