What's the role?We are looking for a Repair Technician for delivering excellence repair services in our Tools Service Center. What does the role involve?Maintenance and repair of tools, and responsible for related reports in our system. Regularly forecast the quantity of parts, assist in managing parts. Work with Customer Service team to provide quotations and notify them of repair progress. Provide technical support and on-site demonstrations related to the products if needed. What you need is: At least 1-2 years relevant working experiences, preferably in customer service. Diploma or above in any discipline. Proficient in MS Office and experience in SAP system will be an advantage. Basic proficiency in English reading skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer orientation and problem-solving and can-do attitude. Self-motivated, highly energetic with persuasion skill and willingness to explore self-potential in different areas.
