As part of its continued growth and adaptation to market demands, the company is seeking a Sourcing Manager focusing on engineering hardware. About the role As a Sourcing Manager, you will play a vital role in vendor management, risk management, and presentation for the management on engineering hardware. Responsibilities Identify and assess potential vendors while managing existing relationships to support sourcing activities. Oversee procurement processes, including tender preparation, RFP, and contract management. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization. Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and build strong partnerships. Monitor vendor performance, ensuring compliance with service agreements and addressing any issues that arise. Requirements 7 years of relevant experience in sourcing in corporate service. Experience managing sourcing for large projects and engineering hardware. Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor management with a focus on cost efficiency. Proven project management and presentation skills.
