In this role, you will play a key part in the evolution of a core health insurance system, focusing on the policy servicing module. You will be the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that requirements are well-defined, priorities are aligned, and product features are delivered to meet the demands of the health insurance industry. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, user-centric design, and technical depth in a remote, collaborative environment. Accountabilities:
Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals, market trends, and customer needs. Act as the liaison between stakeholders and remote development teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring smooth delivery of product features. Guide product development through Agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure compliance with health insurance regulations and stay informed about industry standards. Develop and track KPIs to measure the product’s success and identify areas for continuous improvement. Lead the product roadmap for the policy servicing module, balancing short-term goals with long-term strategic vision. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus. At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, with 3+ years focused on insurtech or health insurance systems. Strong knowledge of health insurance products, policy servicing, and relevant regulatory requirements. Proven experience managing end-to-end product development in complex environments with multiple stakeholders. Expertise in Agile methodologies and experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with distributed teams. Benefits:
