We are solution providers… Your responsibility includes: Develop and implement comprehensive wholesale strategies to maximize growth and profitability for Global Markets. Manage and nurture relationships with key wholesale partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets. Explore new business opportunities and follow up with potential customers on sampling, product specifications, pricing, etc; Work closely with internal departments to ensure cohesive branding and effective product launch. Deliver comprehensive product training to wholesale partners. Requirements: Diploma in Business, Marketing, Design or a related field. At least 6 years of related experience preferred; less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager. In-depth knowledge of jewelry wholesale market trends and dynamics. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
