Hong Kong: trading office, function as a sales and service office. We are looking for an
ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
with the following qualifications: THE JOB : Report to Finance Manager
Work in Accounting team of 4 members Prepare full set of accounts including journal entries, accounts receivable, lease transaction, inter-company balances and month-end closing independently Prepare weekly sales, account reconciliations and management reports on a regular basis Prepare and distribute bi-weekly AR aging reports and collection efforts Closely work with the operation teams and provide solutions from a finance perspective Coordinate periodic and year-end stock count and ensure accurate inventory record Liaise with auditors and prepare audit materials Prepare ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS: Tertiary education in Accounting or equivalent 3+ years working experience in accounting or auditing field Knowledgeable in SAP is a plus Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel (e.g., Pivot table, V-lookup is a must) Proficient in English and Mandarin Strong sense of responsibility and able to meet tight deadlines.
