Responsible for troubleshooting application, operating systems, network, and server issues. Provide technical support to the technical team. Job Requirements: Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines. 2 years of working experience in user desktop support, computer operation support, networking, and server management. Proven solid knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, and Print Server. Good command of Chinese and English, with Putonghua being a plus. Willing to work at customer sites.
