Responsibilities: Establish professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts Maintain and update customer profile including customer contract, rate file, contact list, SOP, and OM database Conduct regular business reviews, leveraging internal analytics and market intelligence to gain customer insights and understand positive and negative trends in data to uncover new opportunities for service improvements Stay informed of changes within the customers’ business, industry, and sector through regular customer communication; applies that knowledge to identify new opportunities Use effective negotiation and sales strategies in discussing pricing and selling solutions with the customer Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Minimum 2 years working experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry Preferred Qualifications: Good written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills, patient and proactive in building relationships with customers Good problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent communication & presentation skills in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese) Immediate availability is highly preferred.
