We are a boutique executive search firm specializing in identifying and placing top tier talents across functions within the global technology sector. We are currently retained by a leading client in the electronics/semiconductor industry to search for a strong AP Regional HR Manager/HR Director
(HRBP role). Our client ranks among the top 5 players globally in their industry, with billions in annual revenue and a listing as a multinational corporation (MNC). Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an AP Regional HRM/HRD (HRBP) (final title is to be confirmed depending on the individual background). The role involves
overseeing HR functions across the Asia Pacific region , encompassing multiple countries. As a strategic HRBP, the person will need to work closely with the AP leadership team, driving HR strategies, initiatives, talent management, and employee relations across the region. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification is a plus Has a solid profile with years of experience working for multinational companies (MNC), preferably with US companies and with AP regional HQ/office Has
min 10 years of General HR & HRBP experience
with
sales commercial organization Familiar with cross-country, cross-region, cross-function and cross-cultural working environment Knowledge of HR laws and regulations in the Asia Pacific region, with a proven track record of
providing HR services to at least 2-3 countries across AP region Proven experience in HR management, business partnering, or HR development, with demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations Ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization, can interact confidentially with people from C-suite stakeholders to team members across various functions Proven outstanding communication and inter-personal skills Proactive and efficient, independent and detail-oriented. Strong sense of commitment and integrity Native-level proficiency in Cantonese, fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal & written) Ability to travel within the Asia Pacific region when needed Seniority level
