Commercial Banking - Wholesale Chief Operating Office
Our Wholesale Chief Operating Officer’s Office is dedicated to manage non-financial risk, drive digital and transformation strategic execution, analyses big data and market opportunities, oversee customer due diligence, as well as provide business management support for wholesale banking. The team plays a key role in enabling high performance, mitigation of potential risk, promoting digital transformation to drive our business forward.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Relationship Service Manager.
Principal responsibilities
- Compile periodic sales tracking reports, management information and business performance statistics for senior management oversight.
- Support various transformation projects and streamlining initiatives for Relationship Management Department to create capacity for growth
- Represent Relationship Management Department to provide user requirements and consolidate user feedback to ensure smooth roll out of various platforms and systems.
- Review end to end lending process to improve operation efficiency and better protect the Bank from potential credit and operation risk.
- Conduct regular sample checking on credit approval for Relationship Management Department to ensure quality.
- Organize briefing to Relationship Management Department to share new initiatives, workflow and findings.
- Organize campaign and exchange meetings to promote conduct and cultural awareness among Relationship Management Department.
- Undertake all required activities and projects as directed by line manager in support of the development of Corporate Banking.
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline or other relevant qualifications.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in relationship management support, credit service, preferably in banking or financial institutions.
- Able to work under pressure to catch tight timeline of the reports and adapt to changes in business preferred.
- Understanding in bills operations, credit system, credit approval and related documentation procedures an advantage.
- Strong PC user with good MS Office or Excel skills
- Strong self-motivation with good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong communication skill with different stakeholders
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua preferred
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
