Client Description Major digital and media solutions provider in Hong Kong Job Description Create workflows, work plans, schedules, and status reports; continuously monitor progress and refine processes with internal teams through agile iterations. Manage issues, risks, and change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Oversee contracts, performance, payment, and risk management with suppliers or vendors. Coordinate, plan, and facilitate all internal and external meetings; manage conflicts with both internal and external teams when necessary. Participate in large-scale system integration, cloud systems, and/or infrastructure design and development, transitioning projects from design to delivery. Engage in consumer product, payment, and/or content management system design and development. Contribute to PMO evolution and automation. Facilitate the definition of short-term and long-term project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; assist in resolving conflicts within and between projects or functional areas. Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on mobile, web, payment, and/or content management. Sound knowledge of management tools, e.g., JIRA, Trello, or Kanbanize. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Tech-savvy with knowledge of Agile principles. Certifications in PMP and/or scaled Scrum are advantages. Excellent proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Empathetic and willing to facilitate with excellent communication skills.
