Responsibilities:
Support the development and on-going maintenance of promotional campaigns. Manage the end-to-end marketing process from campaign design, system specification, marketing collaterals development, campaign logistics, budgeting, gift-fulfilment process, conducting UAT to post-campaign monitoring and support. Support the development of value-added services from partners sourcing, project management, to on-going maintenance and evaluation. Conduct market analysis on value-added services and promotions. Develop marketing collaterals including marketing brochures, product factsheets, launch pack, presentations and other supporting sales materials. Update and maintain the marketing collaterals for all channels in order to meet the latest internal and/or regulatory requirements. Manage the deployment of partnership projects, working closely with product, operation, IT, finance, marketing, customer services, digital teams, legal and compliance teams on service deployment and on-going maintenance to ensure internal alignment. Design and implement analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and value-added services to optimize strategic ROI. Requirements:
University degree preferably in Business and Marketing; IANG students are also welcome. 1-3 years’ experience, preferably in insurance or financial product marketing. Experience in campaign management, and marketing materials development and printing production. Strong analytical, project management, and copywriting skills. Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English. Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing. Creative, good team player, organized and attentive to details, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer.
