Human Resources | HR Business Partnering | Communication | Employee Relations & Engagement Responsibilities: Formulate and implement leasing strategies, maximize returns from assigned investment properties, identify suitable and reputable local and international tenants. Negotiate with potential tenants on the terms of tenancy, conclude the tenancy deals, prepare rental budgets. Liaise with various parties on leasing and promotion activities, and maintain a good relationship with tenants. Coordinate with contractors and service providers for office design and renovation, general repairs and maintenance of various properties. Conduct periodic market research and portfolio analysis for business intelligence. Update and maintain the database for property information. Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Estate Management or property-related disciplines. Minimum 10 years' leasing experience gained from property developer/property agency in which 5 years at supervisory level. Familiar with current market condition and have extensive business network with tenants and property agencies. Excellent negotiation, analytical and sales techniques.
