WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Customer Care Executive Your Responsibilities: Take care of assigned key accounts and keep an eye on customers’ demand for services. Handle customer enquiries, requirements, feedback, and complaints to deliver excellent customer service and provide timely and accurate solutions via digital channels: email, and other communication channels. Act as the interface for customers and internal working partners in handling customer requirements. Prepare statistical reports and performance summaries. Coordinate site visits for corporate clients. Perform other ad hoc duties and projects when assigned. Build good client relationships through proactive follow-up actions and support with own and colleague’s clients. On-job training will be provided. Your Requirements: Diploma holder or university graduate in any discipline.1 year or above related working experience, e-commerce logistics preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills (English/Cantonese/Mandarin). Independent and detail-oriented with a positive attitude. Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. Immediate availability is highly preferable.
