Mid-Senior level Responsibilities: Manage whole processes start from product sourcing, price negotiation, ordering and production until the post-delivery Independently handle the sample’s measurement and evaluate the sample’s quality Ensure product and quality standards Negotiate with producers/suppliers Information exchange with headquarter/buyers, suppliers, and superior Source new suppliers and conduct factory visits Coordinate samples arrangement e.g. receive and unpack samples, prepare for checking, pack and send to buyers, manage storage and clearance etc. Finalize artwork and print proof with supervisor Confirm price labels and carton labels Remind supplier about FRI and inline inspection booking Liaise with logistics department to monitor vessel bookings and closing date Support general clerical duties Requirements: Diploma or above, relevant experience in grocery products (canned food, products with Asian origin e.g. noodles, sauces and snacks, frozen fish) and experience in a European or Swiss food retailer business is an advantage Experience of at least 3-5 years in sourcing/buying office or trading company Conversant with MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Fluent in spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a must Self-motivated, ability to work in a team, and attention to details Hardworking, good time management, and organizational skills Ability to handle pressure and willing to do routine work We offer the right candidate a competitive salary, 13th month salary, 5-day work per week, flexible working hours, 15 days annual leave, birthday leave, family leave, education sponsorship, MPF voluntary contribution, medical & dental insurance, business travel insurance.
