Products Innovation Manager, Global Transaction Banking
We’re partnering with one of the leading Chinese banks to hire a Product Manager. This role focuses on cash management product development and enhancement, including solution design, system requirements, and user acceptance testing. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, with a background in product development or IT projects preferred. Job Responsibilities Lead the development and improvement of cash management products and services tailored for specific client needs. Oversee the product development process, including solution design, preparation of system requirements documents, user requirements analysis, and conducting risk assessments for new products. Create marketing and implementation materials for products. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop joint programs and establish new business partnerships. Manage system inputs and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide IT operational support and assist with setting up and configuring PC hardware and software. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. At least 3 years of relevant experience in the banking industry; experience in product development or IT projects is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and business acumen. Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Seniority Level
