As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an Associate, Compliance / Paralegal and the role is based in Hong Kong. Key responsibilities Manage client portfolios in the private equity fund industry to provide compliance services to them Provide KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, investor due diligence and reports, regulatory requirement updates etc to clients Assist in investor onboarding Work with colleagues to assist in drafting and reviewing compliance documents Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide good quality service to clients Work with other team members to ensure information records are properly maintained and updated Key requirements Around 2-4 years of AML/KYC, or paralegal experience in a professional service firm Bachelor’s degree holder KYC/AML knowledge is a plus Good communication and client servicing skills Interested in asset management / fund industry Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Interested parties please send your resume to Loretta Chan at loretta@amethystasiapartners.com Regrettably, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
