Inforce Solutions Head. Principal responsibilities Leads the Inforce Solutions team to design, structure and execute on solutions that improve the financial, risk, capital and/or customer aspects of our inforce portfolio. Fully leverage reinsurance as a new business, risk, financial and capital management tool, work collaboratively with the broader Inforce Management team, Actuarial, Underwriting, Finance and other departments. Optimize reinsurance efficiency with regular review of reinsurance structure and retention level. Be a business enabler in the development of innovative health & protection solutions including digital, leveraging data & analytics, health and wellness activities and next-gen underwriting approach. Sharpen underwriting capability and increase underwriting capacity for Ultra/High Net Worth business through its structuring and/or negotiation with third party providers especially reinsurers. Ensure reinsurance administration is efficient, effective, and comprehensive.
