Design, deliver, implement, and maintain training programs/activities for the Agency force Lead and organize new and existing product training to enhance selling skills for different types of insurance products Develop training tools/e-learning in various formats, including video editing and interactive e-learning production Provide training support on various training programs, e.g. IIQE, CPD Maintain training records and prepare training reports Deliver weekly sharing to agents and respond to agents’ enquiries on timely bases Review sales flow and operation guidelines Liaise with internal parties on sales system enhancement Co-ordinate with external trainers to arrange or develop training programs/activities Support Ad-hoc project as assigned Key Requirements:
University degree with minimum 5 years of relevant agency training experience Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in PC applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin We offer 5-day work, good career prospects and attractive remuneration package to the right candidates.
