This will demonstrate how the foundation will be constructed, the wall frameworks, and the layouts between floors. The output should resemble a comprehensive set of architectural plans inclusive of intricate details. Key Components: - Foundation - Wall framing - In-between floors - Beams, headers, and supports - Joist & rafter size, spacing, and layout - Basement and stem walls details I can provide examples of prior work that meets the requirements of our local Building Department. Also I do NOT have CAD on my computer so will need to convert to PDF for my review.
