ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for Associate/Recruitment Consultants in our Hong Kong office for the healthcare industry. You will learn to be a true business partner to your candidate and client - providing appropriate candidates and market knowledge to your clients. You will communicate with your candidates to have a better understanding of their career motivations and how we can assist. Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations Work closely together to expand your influence in the healthcare market with support provided by KOS Manage the full recruitment cycle across a variety of specialties Grow and build trustful relationships with a database of qualified active and passive professionals to pull from as new positions open up Understand and drive market trends with extensive opportunities to understand the industry in-depth What we look for from the successful applicants:
Degree holder in clinically-related or science-related discipline Fresh graduate, or experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Business Development or healthcare/life science related positions are preferred Fluency in English Sound judgement, communication aptitude as well as commercial acumen Strong ethics and a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit Passion for discovering untapped talent and finding promising careers for individuals Open for HR Professionals who are looking for a change
