General Manager, Group Head of Operations
Main Responsibilities: Lead and manage the operation function of the Bank to drive operational excellence and efficiency. Formulate and implement overall operational strategies aligned with the Bank’s directions. Drive innovation and efficiency to modernize operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to align operation with business goals. Ensure the compliance of all operations with relevant guidelines and regulations. Build and lead a high-performing operations team and promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment to drive employee engagement. Qualifications: Degree holder with a minimum of 20 years’ experience in banking operations, with at least 5 years in senior management positions in banking or relevant industries. Expertise in general management, operations management, and project management. Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management.
